Reserve engine elevator
The project of the reserve engine elevator was put into practice in a manufacturing facility working in just in time (just in sequence) mode. Because of this, a backup system was implemented to ensure a smooth operation without any time losses in the event of a breakdown of the existing elevator. The hoisting device is designed in accordance with strict security regulations.
Interesting facts
Our company's designers have designed a hoisting device with a locking mechanism that is far more accurate than the existing system on the production line. The electric control of the locking device is replaced by a pneumatic one. In the event of a breakdown of the electric locking mechanism, the elevator is secured by a pneumatic device that uses compressed air.
