Our client requested the automation of the final automatic screw tightening unit used for power electronics. The device was fully automated and due to the fact that the tightening takes place at a specific angle, the tilting of the tightening machine is also automatic.

Interesting facts
A specific and extremely smooth transmission was used for the tightening machinery tilting. Along with 3 servo drives, it was necessary to place them in a very narrow place. The tightening machine is tilted at angles of 4.06° and 1.7°.
